Institutional commission
In 2022, as part of its first Acquisition Campaign, the Mobilier National selected the Vaneau Secretary. Since then, a close relationship has developed between the Mobilier National and Alex de Rouvray, enabling numerous pieces designed by Alex de Rouvray to enter the national collections. These works now have the honor of furnishing the palaces of the Republic, from the Élysée Palace to the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Artistic collaborations
The Alex de Rouvray Studio collaborates with artists to develop hybrid works, situated between design and art.
The Séverin screen, dressed by Édouard Fleurieu, an artist graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Paris. The three oak panels are each covered with a floral motif designed by the artist. These patterns are printed directly onto the wood using a resin-based printer, with the resin then cured by ultraviolet light. Selective overprinting creates relief and generates subtle plays of light, with the appearance of the drawing shifting depending on the viewing angle.
