The Alex de Rouvray Studio does everything possible to ensure that your products reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We work with trusted partners to guarantee a high-quality service.

We offer 3 delivery options:

1. In-store pickup

You can collect your order directly from our boutique located at 23 rue Mayet, 75006 Paris, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready (immediately if the product is in stock, or within 4 to 8 weeks if it is made to order).

2. Free delivery within the Eurozone

Delivery is free of charge in all Eurozone countries. Deliveries are carried out as follows:

  • We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, along with the delivery day and time slot. If the proposed time slot is not convenient, we will arrange an alternative with you.

  • On the day of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone when they are close to your address. Please remain reachable by phone to avoid missing their call. In the event of a failed delivery due to your absence, additional delivery fees may be charged.

  • Please note that delivery is made to the floor of your choice. Furniture is delivered unassembled with assembly instructions. Assembly is generally straightforward, but do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.

3. Delivery outside the Eurozone (Europe)

We also deliver to the rest of Europe outside the Eurozone for an additional €100 (incl. VAT). Deliveries are carried out as follows:

  • We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched, along with the delivery day and time slot. If the proposed time slot is not convenient, we will arrange an alternative with you.

  • On the day of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone when they are close to your address. Please remain reachable by phone to avoid missing their call. In the event of a failed delivery due to your absence, additional delivery fees may be charged.

4. Preparation times

Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work immediately. Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (sales, holidays), this timeframe may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

5. Order tracking
